Qu'est-ce (qui) est ZNRD1-AS1 - définition

ZNRD1-AS1
LONG NON-CODING RNA
ZNRD1-AS1 (gene)
In molecular biology, ZNRD1 antisense RNA 1 (non-protein coding), also known as ZNRD1-AS1 or HTEX4, is a long non-coding RNA. In humans, it is located in the MHC class I region of chromosome 6.
FMR1-AS1 gene
NON-CODING RNA IN THE SPECIES HOMO SAPIENS
FMR1-AS1 (gene)
In molecular biology, FMR1 antisense RNA 1 (FMR1-AS1), also known as ASFMR1 or FMR4, is a long non-coding RNA. The FMR1-AS1 gene overlaps, and is antisense to, the CGG repeat region of the FMR1 gene.
CLRN1-AS1
NON-CODING RNA IN THE SPECIES HOMO SAPIENS
CLRN1-AS1 (gene)
In molecular biology, CLRN1 antisense RNA 1 (CLRN1-AS1) (previously known as clarin 1 opposite strand, CLRN1OS or USH critical region pseudogene, UCRP) is a human gene encoding a long non-coding RNA. It was originally identified in a screen to identify the genes responsible for Usher syndrome type 3 and presumed to be an unprocessed pseudogene.
